MI Manufacturing (Thailand) Limited is located in Rayong Amata City Industrial Estate. This is 100% wholly owned subsidies of MI Holdings Group in Singapore.

Principle Activities : Precision Injection Molding & Assembly (automotive, computer accessories & electronic parts).

Position : Accountant Required urgently


Purpose of job :

Responsibility accounting function, preparing documents and recording daily accounting transaction, tax report and accounting report.

Principle jobs responsibility :

1) Preparation Payment Voucher, Receipt Voucher, Journal Voucher & Petty Cash Voucher and review accuracy document supporting.
2) Accounting transaction process into SAP system.
3) AP / AR / Tax Invoice / Receipt / Cheque collection.
4) Perform general ledger and bank reconciliation.
5) Perform cash flow statement (based on monthly).
6) Fixed asset physical counting and control tag asset no.
7) Perform tax matter i.e. withholding tax certification, Vat report and tax filing.
8) Perform physical Inventories and adjustment stock variance.
9) Assist in the operation Financial report, adjustment and closing entries.
10) Assist in analysis and interpretation of accounting record.
11) Assist to prepare management accounting report.
12) Liaison with external parties i.e. auditor, government agency, customer and supplier.
13) Other duties as assigned by Finance & Admin manager.

Qualification requirements :

1) Male / Female, age 28-35 years
2) Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy.
3) At least 5 years working experiences in manufacturing industry companies.
4) Experiences in BOI would be advantages.
5) Experiences in SAP software would be advantages.
6) Knowledge of Thai tax law, BOI regulation, Revenue code would be advantages
7) Good command for both written and spoken English.
8) Leadership & management skill.

Salary : 20,000 – 25,000 baht/month (depend on experience)
Welfare & benefit : Provident fund, transportation, GPA & medical insurance.
Working day : Monday-Friday (8.00-17.30)
