Job Title:
Customize Software Support
Responsibilities:
Visit to our client offices for software installation & provide software training to the end users. Support user enquiries on software issues via phone/email/remote assistance and provide first level of support diagnose and resolve technical issues. Write short report for support issues and give feedback to our Support Team Manager. From time to time you may need to engage with customer senior management team to ensure quality delivery of solutions.
Prerequisites:
• 1 year of experience in IT Support / Helpdesk / Onsite / Desktop support.
• Fresh Diploma holders in IT or related discipline are welcome to apply.
• Having an analytical mind for problem solving
• Strong Customer Service orientation
• Knowledge of MS Office application , such as Word/Excel
• Must have good/fair speaking & writing communication skill in English
• Willing to learn how to install/use our Software
• Willing to work for at least 1 year , full time.
• Thai Nationality.

A Plus will be:
• Knowledge of Jewelry terms from all kind, Banking and/or Accounting business.
• Experience with any Software related to the Jewelry/Diamond Industry.
